He’s the driving force behind Fractal’s “fourth space” philosophy, something beyond the home office, the traditional office, or the neighbourhood café. Dave envisions a world where people gather in creative, community-rooted spaces that support not just productivity, but wellness, flexibility, and fulfillment. Laura Robinson Laura brings the magic that makes every Fractal space feel like home. She’s the founder of All Ways Clean, a female-owned cleaning and maintenance company serving homes, hotels, and construction sites. At Fractal, she spearheads facilities and design, ensuring every detail supports comfort, care, and ease. She’s also a passionate mental health advocate who believes beautiful, well-kept spaces help people thrive. Real People. Real Roots. Real Vision.
